with a spicy fresh ginger and orange glaze. Sprinkled with toasted macadamia nuts.

flour then panfried and finished in the oven. Coated with a delicate gorgonzola cream sauce.

Pinenut and Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb
succulent oven roasted rack of lamb encrusted in fresh rosemary and pinenuts. Resting on a caramelised onion potato mash with sautéed oyster mushrooms and pan jus.

Pork Marsala
tender grain fed pork fillet sautéed with onion and button mushrooms. Flamed in marsala and finished with cream.

Sweet Potato and Ricotta Cheese Lasagna
oven roasted sweet potato layered with ricotta cheese, semi dried tomato and baby spinach. Served on a creamy tomato and basil sauce.

Beef and Avocado Salad
rare roast peppered eye fillet served warm on a salad of avocado, capsicum, mint,
bocconchini cheese and fresh salad leaves drizzled with a lime and mint yoghurt dressing.

Eye Fillet
Grain Fed eye fillet, grilled to your liking and served with your choice of the following sauces:
